Qualpay will be performing scheduled database maintenance on Wednesday December 6th, 2017 from 6:30-7:30AM PST. During this time the following services could be unavailable:
Qualpay Payment Gateway API will be responding, but some transaction types may not succeed during the time when the database is unavailable:
Capture
Refund
Void
Any transaction using a Token (Card ID) instead of a card number
Tokenize
Verify + Tokenize
The database maintenance will provide improved security by upgrading to a newer version of the database engine. This upgrade will also enable enhanced usage of some data types which enable richer reporting options.
As an alternative to using one of the above services for transaction processing, the Qualpay DialPay service will be available during this maintenance window.
